This project is in collaboration with architect Jeroen M Walters.

Jeroen wanted to move his premises to an old fruit warehouse in the centrum of Tilburg city. Jeroen was overwhelmed with many projects and his team were busy doing projects for clients. For that Jeroen asked for help, We sat as a team and we agreed on the basic design of the warehouse, where the gementee requested a full proposal with a study shows how this building transformation will affect he surrounding while there will be a new development project in the area surrounding the warehouse.

The idea is to revive the old warehouse and invite more people inside the warehouse where people could benefit from open space under one roof and enjoy harvesting from the greenhouse inside, which in return be a nice working environment for an architectural office.
